Once the timber has been prepared and profiled, the next stage is final cutting and checking.
This is where each component is cut to its final dimensions and checked for accuracy before assembly. The frames and door components need to come together correctly, so this stage is about making sure everything is sized and prepared before the joinery is assembled.
In this short workshop clip, Tomi takes us through the final cutting and checking area and explains how the machinery is used to bring each component to its finished size.
