Nothing comes to us pre-machined. Our timber arrives rough sawn, which allows us to control one of the most important stages of the manufacturing process — material selection.

Every piece is assessed before machining begins. Grain, character, stability and suitability are considered for the component it will become.

For us, this is where the job really starts to take shape. Good timber selection at the beginning gives us the best foundation for everything that follows.
